Lululemon hosted another fabulous, complimentary 5K event! They also had a yoga session right after to end the morning with a great stretch! Plaza Frontenac had free swag from local businesses, from fitness shakes to fresh yogurt to margaritas! *High five* to my favorite Southwest food restaurant, Canyon Cafe, for that!
